Jim is a Michigan native who attended Eastern Michigan University where he majored in Business Administration. Jim has held a Michigan Real Estate and Residential Builder License since 1989. He has been involved in developing property and managing a small business. Jim and his wife Michele moved to Venice after her parents discovered this gem of a community in the 1970’s.
